Summary: We went to Ohio to visit family - the Best Western Plus was okay. When we first walked in, the room had a smell to it. The beds looked like they were made in a rush; the covers were all wrinkled, and the bed skirt was all messed up. We thought there was maid service where the rooms were made up daily - that did not happen. There were only a couple of towels, and we had three people in the room. We did get free breakfast, which was nice, but it was only served from 6 AM to 9 AM - I think. The room was dusty, especially in the bathroom on the shelves.

Summary: Overall the facility is decent but the bed was not very comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient for shopping, dining, etc. We stay at this hotel every time we are in the Youngstown area.

Summary: We stayed here for a concert in Youngstown (myself and two 19 year old ladies). The room was spotless, no issues. The entire hotel smelled wonderful. The only tiny issue was the one bed, it seemed like the mattress was very old, with springs. But someone else might find that perfect so I can't even say it was an issue. We weren't able to use the pool because of our events but we checked it out and the fitness center-it was all very nice and clean. It was a short drive to our location and everything we wanted for food and or shopping was accessible immediately leaving the hotel, even a Dunkin on the end of the side Street that we were staying on, which was wonderful for the young ladies. Lol the price was right and the staff were competent and courteous. I would definitely stay there again if we're in the area for another event!

Summary: We have stayed here before; found it convenient as it is 1/2 way between Chicago and DC. In the past everything was very good. On this visit, after we had settled down for the night and started to use the bathroom, my wife found a used sanitary napkin on the floor by the side of the sink/toilet. We called the night clerk and she came up and removed it and apologized to us after taking a picture of it on the floor. The next morning while checking out I mentioned that we should be compensated for the disgusting way we found the bathroom. She said she would discuss it with her manager and get back to us. Well, they never did get back to me but a few days later I saw a credit of $16.90 on my credit card. I found this offensive and told them so, but they stood by it. So, after 3 visits here we will no longer use this establishment.

Summary: Very clean!!! Easy check in, front desk was helpful on area information. Bed was comfortable. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Easy to find.

Summary: I enjoyed their indoor pool and hot tub but thats about it. When i wokeup it felt like I had not even slept. Their breakfast was very blan and disapointing.
