Summary: Everything about the house was perfect for our needs, and beautifully decorated. It felt like home away from home. Everything was just perfect.

Summary: The location and neighborhood are excellent and the home is very nicely remodeled. The furnishings need some attention. The second bathroom is in the basement and is very primitive. Towels and washcloths were not provided in sufficient numbers for four guests for three nights. Upon arrival we had difficulty getting in the house. We were able to contact the host and learned that she had given us the wrong code for the lockbox. That was a bit stressful. It wouldn't take much to make this is a really great VRBO. We would stay again.

Summary: Overall a good stay. Host is super responsive, kind and accommodating. House was very nice beautiful crown moldings with modern and period pieces for decor. Very cool space. The beds could be a little more comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again.

Summary: Pros: Great Value, Great Amenities (Kitchen, laundry, desk space etc), Good location for what I was in town for, Spacious and very charming house.. Cons: No A/C, Place was a bit messy (crumbs on floor, outside deck furniture was too dirty to sit on, some cobwebs, etc), there are a lot of personal belongings in the home (ie clothes in the closet, clothes in dresser, pictures of the family etc) which makes me feel as though I’m intruding in someone’s home rather than renting a private getaway space. Just makes it a bit harder to be comfortable is all. All in all it was a fine place that suited my needs. Mary is a good host who made the whole process very easy. I’d surely rent this place again the next time I plan on visiting the area.
