Summary: Overall, it was ok for its location and type. Also, the bathtub in our room needs some non-slip strips. I fell out of the tub. Please let the property know this is a potential hazard.

Summary: This property is dated but clean. It was undergoing renovations, but was not too loud. It is an old 2-storey 70's Motel layout where you enter from outside. Hotel was a short walk to the Skytrain station, so it was easy to get around the lower mainland area. Had a small inconvenience with a hockey team also staying there and making noise - had to call Front desk to remedy, but other than that all good

Summary: This hotel is definitely one of the lesser expensive alternatives in the Vancouver area. The rooms are not a suite at the Hilton, so set your expectations appropriately. But I will say, the staff/service was top notch! The room was as clean as you could make it, and the grounds were actually quite lovely. When I was there they were planting all new flowers and shrubs. Nice touch. The neighbourhood is not great, but I guess it's convenient for most people. And did I mention it is close to half the price of other hotels in the area...

Summary: Good but nothing wow. Poor welcome feeling and service at front desk. They just want to finish the job, they don't care what you're saying. Basic breakfast were you must delivery to the lady your coupon as soon as you arrive because it's seems she believes you're gonna steal a banana o the tasteless fake eggs

Summary: breakfast was very gd, coffee in kobby 24/7 was good. room coffee machine noisy and awkward to use. room was quiet. value for money. we did not have a car but the parking would have been a plus.

Summary: The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived at lunchtime but check in isn’t until 4pm however we were able to leave our luggage behind reception and go off exploring for the afternoon. Unfortunately there was no rail in the wardrobe although there were hangers so not sure where you would be able to hang your clothes. The heating/air conditioning unit did not seem to respond to the temperature set on the room thermostat and it felt as though the temperature had been preset. The breakfast was the usual spread although one morning there was no 2% milk as they had none in stock. The servers in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a good job every day. The 10 minute walk from the Skytrain feels a long way when walking with suitcases although it is flat.
