Summary: The service at the hotel was beautiful I loved the fact that it had a restaurant just downstairs and the pool plus arcade my son loved it just one thing that needs work is the internet because at times I could not connect

Summary: Excellent choice for families with little kids. Room we stayed in was in good condition albeit a bit dated: renovations to carpeting, bathrooms and AC system would make this place top-notch. The mini fridge didn't seem to work. Would definitely book again regardless. The pool/arcade/side bar combo makes this place unique in the area. The large grocery store next door was very convenient. 5-min drive to the falls, but much quieter than down there.

Summary: Keycard didnt work. Came back late at night with family (kids under 5) keycards wouldnt work. Had to walk to front of building and find out they didnt activate my cards for more than one night. So had to leave them outside waiting. Bathroom was dirty and drain was so clogged it didnt drain fast.

Summary: We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, and everything was good at the hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of the city so things were pretty closeby. The only issue was that they did not have an elevator in the other side of the hotel which is definitely a hassle. We have big luggages so we have to drag those luggages up and down the staircase. I would suggest them to add an elevator as it is so basic and provides convenience to the guests.

Summary: We got room located at far end of the east wing, had to walk all the way to access main entrance or the restaurant. It seems they have these lower level wings and the building floors. Would have been nice if this info would have been provided by the staff when allocating the room. Overall average stay experience.

Summary: Clean, family-friendly hotel (and restaurant) campus. From the friendly check in experience, to utilizing the indoor pool, playground, and mini arcade for our kids, service and amenities were solid. Our room was on the first floor: we appreciated the vinyl plank flooring in our room that was obviously regularly cleaned and maintained instead of mystery carpet. Bedding and decor were standard, bathroom could use an update. I was worried about the interior courtyard (pool area) being noisy all night; but the hotel staff did a great job shutting things down and keeping main areas quiet as indicated on their signage. Overall, well priced and solid choice for our family with an approx. 7 min drive to Clifton Hill and the falls. Pro tip: the optional breakfast at the connecting Irish pub is fantastic!! Well worth it, but there are a ton of shops and fast food nearby.
