Summary: Our hostess at reception was very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and well prepared. The roller blinds leave a little to be desired on the privacy side, the bed was comfortable and our short stay was relaxed.

Summary: Location perfect for visiting family member at RPA coming from a regional area. Staff were amazing - so kind, friendly and helpful. Room was practical, had everything we needed and super clean. Would definitely stay there again and recommend.

Summary: This property was very clean and comfortable. The outstanding feature for me were the staff who were excellent. It was very close to RPA which was great.

Summary: I only had 1 complaint about the room that the shower curtain kept sticking to the legs from the draught of steam removal. There was no door to isolate the shower recess and the floor got very wet.

Summary: Front desk service was exceptional! "Vernice" the Front Desk Manager went above and beyond to assist us with our stay (looking up transport routes, organising an early check-in and organising a shuttle back to the airport). You just don't get good quality service like this anymore.
