Summary: The room was clean for the most part. We found a pacifier and drink lid on the floor just under the bed. Bathroom door was broken and had to be slammed to close. Elevators were down, but since there are only 3 floors, it's really not that bad. Breakfast was good. Everyone was very nice and helpful, though.

Summary: Extremely clean- my only concern was that the carpet felt strangely tacky, but I think this must have been from a protectant or cleaner because it was very uniform throughout the entire room, even checking the lower traffic areas. Carpet looked new and was spotless. The entire facility was extremely clean and the breakfast was better than the usual hotel fare.

Summary: When Staying in Jefferson City, the Best Western Plus Capital Inn IS the Place to Stay! From Our Check-in to Check-out, Everything Was Wonderful. The Staff Was So Kind, Courteous, Helpful, & Professional; the Hotel Itself Was Extremely Clean, Comfortable, and Inviting; the Breakfast Area Was Amazing with an Array of Delicious Food Items; and Our Room Was Perfect in Every Way, from the Comfortable Beds and Sitting Room, to the Spacious Bathroom and Amenities! We Were There for a 2-Day Conference, and This Is Our Go-To “Home Away From Home” When We Stay in Jeff City! Thank You So Much to Everyone Who Made Our Stay Perfect!
