Positive: liked the location and the facility
Negative: lounge staff were rude. especially that Filipina was too rude for no reason. she did not even leave the menu card on our table and constantly removing it from our table..the pan cake was black in color. burnt and they did care about serving it to me and my little kid. when I went to pay she threw the receipt on the counter for me to pick it up. I run a business with 10 plus staff members. if any of my staff member behave like this they will be fired immediately. she is not fit to be in hospitality business.

Positive: Wish the price included a breakfast. That’s always such a treat when staying at hotels. But overall it was a big suite and good beds and impressed with everything else.
Negative: Had a simple breakfast included.
Summary: Had a great experience. I recommend staying here with family! The pool was fun.

Positive: we like the queen suite as it provides extra space and is why we have stayed here several timnes over the last few years
Negative: cleaner room as we found dried food on the floor in several places, burnt out lightbulb, as well as black hair coming up through the drain when we are blonde and redhead. disappointing that the tim hortons is gone though. even more disappointing that we were not told about the free coffee offered as my husband went over to the mall every morning to get coffee for 5 days. staff could care less if we needed anything

Positive: Comfortable and clean rooms. Very quiet. Great breakfast prices in the restaurant.
Negative: Only 2 coffee pods in the room. Not a huge deal as they did have a restaurant across the lot.
Summary: Would definitely stay here again when in town

Negative: The room smelled like smoke. It seems like it used to be a smoking room but is no longer. We heard others requesting a room change due to the smell as well.
