Fantastic location, on the edge of downtown, close to everything, located in the central Edmonton hub. Fully equipped one bedroom, crib/playpen and toddler toys if needed, set up for you to just bring your clothes, food, and personal effects. Cable and Wi-Fi included. DVD/Blu-Ray surround sound. Close to the City Center Mall, Churchill Square, City Hall, Citadel Theatre(live theatre), Winspear Theatre(live music/symphony), and restaurants. groceries, movie theatres, fitness clubs, pubs, and liquor stores within close proximately. Secure heated underground parking, the bus just outside the door, and rapid transit(subway) just a few minutes away. Across the street from the river valley and river valley trail system, walking, and cycling. Close to so much with always so much going on, welcome to festival city! Check in is 4 pm or after but no later than 8 pm. Early check-ins can sometimes be accommodated.

Summary: We had a great stay at this property during our trip to Edmonton to visit family. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive. I left the keys on the counter and locked the door from the inside during checkout as instructed , and when I got down to the basement level to access the garage, I only then realized I needed them to access my car in the parking garage. This was my own oversight as it was not my first time accessing the garage....but I blame the fact that it was early in the morning of a long weekend. The owners arrived in a little over an hour of me reaching out, though it was before 9:00 am on a Monday of a long weekend, to help me retrieve my keys, which was incredibly kind and appreciated. The location was easy to access, has a beautiful view, and having parking was a huge plus. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Edmonton!

Summary: Just what we needed a perfect homebase for our concert filled weekend. An easy 10-15 walk back-and-forth from Commonwealth Stadium. Nice view from the balcony which we ate on a couple of times. Overall, the great experience. Thanks 😊

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is beautifully appointed, very clean and very comfortable. Steve was very accommodating with a couple of changes we needed and was friendly and helpful. There is a great pizza place - Panini’s - within walking distance. The WiFi is very slow, but that is the only thing we found as a negative. The view is beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Property advertised "Nice and Quiet" with enticing balcony picture. Single mom and young child book extended stay. Property located very close to city police department. Continual sounds of police sirens and unsettling street fighting led us to keep doorwall closed, put in ear plugs while inside and eventually depart the property 25 days early.

Summary: The apartment was well equipped and everything went smoothly getting in and leaving. Parking was secure and I felt safe. The building was quiet and the neighbours very nice. Evening view of the downtown core was lovely. Property owners were very quick to respond to any inquiries I had. I would recommend the property to anyone needing a longer term rental like I did as a home away from home.

Summary: We've rented 2 of Steve's condos for business use. Both stays were months long, and the guys staying there were very satisfied. Steve is quick to reply and is awesome to deal with and his prices are great, much cheaper than hotels. Both rentals have been clean and cozy and perfect for what we needed. Close to downtown and all amenities. I'd highly recommend staying at one of Steve's condos.
