Summary: The room was comfortable, but not the one reserved. It was an upgrade to a suite due to water damage from a storm. We requested a handicap accessible room. None available in a king suite. Do not count on breakfast it was a let-down. The omelets and potatoes were dry and chewy and we came down only an hour after breakfast started. It was not organized well. Had to search for salt and pepper and it was in a shaker not packets. If you like sweets or bread there was plenty. I have to have protein and it was not really available

Summary: Employees were all very polite. Did there best to make sure our stay was comfortable. Had issues with hot water but Mitch was all over it. Fixed quickly. Would stay here again.
