Positive: Hotel still being remodeled. Wife and I both observed tiny, apparent ants, crawling on a night stand near the AC unit as well as on the cabinet below the TV. We were busy preparing to attend a funeral service and never thought to mention the issue to the staff.

Positive: We had a mix up with reservations and the staff was excellent at rectifying the situation. They even found a better rate. The rooms were recently renovated, and we were the first to use the room we were in. Parking was plentiful, and shopping was nearby, with a QT pretty much sharing the parking lot. Due to the courteous staff we will most definitely stay again whenever we're back in the area.

Positive: Love the friendly staff, rooms are super comfortable and clean. The first thing I noticed when we walked in the hotel was how good it smelled. Strange right because we travel a lot and for me that was a first. I love that they offer full bottle shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you don't have to bring your own. They have a full snack counter if you can't find what you need in the snack machine. I didn't find a machine that had drinks in it. I would love if they would add this. They had a very clean up-to-date weight room. The pool is warm to the point you can see steam coming off in the evening. Also a very clean pool area. The only downside we got a king suite and we're not able to actually get the king suite because of an accidental overbooking. So we had to sleep in a room with two queen beds. We had no problem with this until My Husband and I realize we've been sleeping together for so many years we couldn't sleep apart, so sleeping in one queen was difficult. Accidents happen and they made accommodations for us which I love. No biggie. We would definitely come and stay again.. We heard there was a full breakfast, but we slept in so we weren't able to comment on that. Also, the rooms have pictures on the outside so it's easy to find your room if you forget your room number!
