Summary: Best Western is a hotel chain that I trust with consistently good quality and service. While the Best Western Plus Delta Inn and Suites provided the cleanliness and comfort that I have been enjoying, the hospitality was definitely lacking. Both the evening and nighttime/early morning clerks were unfriendly and borderline rude. Even though we were the only guests at the check in counter, both acted as if they were really inconvenienced by our presence.
