Summary: We picked this Best Western primarily for location, but were pleased with the hotel itself. Checking in they offered to enroll us in their loyalty program, one where credits don't ever end. In return we were given a bottle of water and a little bag of sweets. Every staff encounter was pleasant. Our room was spacious, with two comfortable chairs in addition to the bed, armoire (with an iron and ironing board) and a desk. Additionally, there was a coffee machine, fridge and microwave. No safe. Bathroom had a walk-in shower, which was nice. The floor had enough texture that it wasn't slippery, but still I'd have liked a safety bar. All the amenities are in bottles. There are no soap bars or a soap holder in the shower, so if you want a bar bring your own. Extra towels were no problem and rooms are serviced daily. The waste basket has a recycling bin. Breakfast is great -- waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt with lots other toppings, cereals, hand boiled eggs, bagels, breads, juices and even chocolate milk. The hotel faces a large parking lot in a strip mall, but there was plenty of parking. Located just off a freeway, this location was great for getting wherever we wanted to go. However, if your room faces the freeway side you will hear the louder traffic. Overall, we were very pleased.

Summary: The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the AC wasn’t strong enough and the room felt warm all the time. The staff was great, professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was really good and convenient.

Summary: Front desk lady was so kind upon check in and made our welcome great. Room was clean and felt fresh.Breakfast had a good selection and the staff attending there was also nice. Everything overall was great experience, definitely recommend and will be back if happen to be back in that side of town

Summary: The hotel was really nicely decorated the rooms were very comfortable, clean, and everything that we needed in there and the beds are very very comfortable. Parking was really easy. Check-in was really easy. The complementary breakfast is really really good. I really enjoyed my stay. We were there for a football game and it was great.
