Summary: I was here for nearly three weeks during my home search, and whilst I was worried about the lack of microwave in the room (and lack of laundry facilities), the hotel was really lovely. Breakfast was delicious (if a bit spendy), and the staff were truly professional and caring. Room was generally quiet, and being apart from the main building meant less impact from the inevitably rowdy and loud events (weddings, parties, birthdays, etc) happening in the event spaces. Sometimes the events felt like the priority over the guests staying long term, but overall it was a great stay. And the grounds are genuinely brilliant.

Summary: Another enjoyable stay, with a helpful staff always ready to fix any issues arising (which were minor). There is one area where there is room for improvement - an aspect of the service in the breakfast room (see later).

Summary: We stay regularly here. Overall it's slightly tired but also quirky. The staff are polite and diligent and the breakfast is excellent. We keep coming back, guess that says it all.

Summary: The room was facing a garden with rear access from the room which was handy having a dog , the bed was comfortable and the room clean and well equipped. The breakfast in the main house was varied and good value.
