Positive: I always stay here in Sundsvall but renovating the rooms is still a dream. Unfortunately.

Negative: The bathroom was extremely tiny . If you are over 80 kg or 1.80 you cannot fit in the shower. The room was quite filthy. I saw black hairs that were not mine :(

Positive: Room upgrade as was to small for 5 nights. Rooms were clean, all staff we interacted with were friendly and service orientated. Breakfast was excellent and catered for all. Would be happy to use this hotel again when visiting family and would also be happy to recommend to friends.
