Summary: When I made the booking I tried to get 2 Queen beds. They were not available but I booked a room with a Queen and a hideabed. Two weeks before my trip I called the hotel to see if 2 Queens were available, they said no but the room has a Queen and a hideabed. When we arrived they said this was the only room that did not have a hideabed. After asking to speak with a manager they did switch my room to one with a hideabed. I don’t think you could class it as a bed. The mattress was so thin and the springs poked me all night. Very very uncomfortable. The pillows sucked as well.At 2:00 in the am the CO2 detector went off. It took maintenance quite a while to come and take it down. It was also on a very busy, noisy road. The only good thing about the stay was the breakfast in the morning. A large variety to choose from and the staff in this area were super helpful and nice. They hustled cleaning and refilling.

Summary: I must comment on the excellent service we received from Lisa at the breakfast bar! She was a delight and very helpful. The pool was lovely. Our only disappointment was the size of our room; it was very small. Everything else was great.

Summary: Everything was good but the waffle maker was not working for the two days we were staying. Also there was no boiled eggs or any other type of eggs than scrambled. Wish the food was a bit better.

Summary: Clean, looked like the photos. Kind staff. The walls are paper thin, breakfast area too small for amount of people. There were swim lessons in the pool often so not a great amenity. Would probably stay here again if we needed a quick, affordable night away. Clean, decent bed. Good hotel but not amazing.
