Positive: Breakfast was impressive, the staff was kind and helpful, the pool is heated at a comfortable temperature, bedroom size, overall stay !!
Negative: The pillows were terrible, the bath drain (see other comments), no tea or herbal tea only coffee, fruit variety could be better

Positive: The hotel was very clean. Nicely decorated for Halloween. The staff were friendly. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved that the window opened a little to let in some fresh air. The hotel was in a very convenient location. We ubered in and out of salem which took a max of 25 minutes depending on traffic. Lots of places to eat and shop within 15 minutes of the hotel.
Negative: The breakfast ends at 9:30. Was hard for 2 teenagers to make it for breakfast. So we ended up going elsewhere most days. But when we did make it to the hotel breakfast, it was very good. Lots of options for everyone.
