Summary: The person checking us in didn't inform us that the water was off before we checked in. Then after we went to our room and unloaded and left for dinner when we returned the flip lock was locked with all our belongings in the room.no one at the desk knew how to open the door so they had to call maintenance and we had to wait for him to come feom home to basically know it off the door jam with a hammer and screw driver. And after all that didnt even offer a discount or some compensation.

Summary: Main complaint was the downstairs carpets were really dirty! Lots of upstairs noise from other clients. Breakfast was great with great choices of things to eat.

Summary: Nice, pool and spa were great but no spa bubbles. They need to adress that. I forgot my code to my room safe and when i asked to have it opened they couldnt accommodate me before i left. Not sure if they opemed it or not.

Summary: Very friendly service with a Nov clean and quiet room. The mattress was a nice firmness and lots of pillow options. The breakfast was good, especially with make you own waffles and specialty coffee machine. The one big downside is a three level hotel without an elevator. It’s difficult with for seniors. It was a nice stay overall.

Summary: 1st- they did not have the room we reserved, which was a King business suite. We were given a 2 bed standard room. 2nd- We were woke up by house keeping 3 times! 3rd-

Summary: I always get a room with a couch or easy chair as my back makes sitting on the bed painful.....the couch here was filthy with a capital F. The manager brought a bedspread a sheet to help me cover it so I could sit on something clean. I have stayed here many many times, this was the first bad experience I had and they were very accomodating to help me get it covered. That kind of dirt doesn't show up in a day. They have many construction people stay there......so they need to stay on top of the conditions of the furniture.
