This is the coolest little Bungalow you have ever seen, the perfect couples get away. Completed in 2017, Private deck, King size bed, Full Bath, Heat and Air Conditioning, Little kitchen with mini fridge, 2 burner cook top, Microwave, 32" TV with DirectV, Internet access,
Private Lake Front property with 200' of water frontage. This lake has no public access. 2000 Sq' of lawn, dock, 2- Kayaks, 2 - Paddle Boards, Cornhole Game, Hammock, Deck and Lawn Chairs, BBQ,
All common areas and private lake frontage is shared only by the owner/landlord and the tenants. The owners live in the main house, the Bungalow is situated below the house closer to the lake. You will have complete privacy. Your privacy is as important to you as ours is to us. There is No guarantee that the neighboring properties will be quiet, it is summer on the lake.
We are 1.6 miles from the town of Meadow Vista. Mountain Mikes Pizza, Restaurant, Grocery store, Gas station, Park, Hardware store, etc. Auburn is 12 miles away which has Golfing, Wine tasting, Restaurants, Groceries, Movie theater and anything you could possibly need. The American River is 15 to 20 miles away. Reno is 90 minutes away, North shore Tahoe is 1 hr 20 min away, South Shore Tahoe is 2 hrs away.

Summary: Best vacation home we have stayed at! We have stayed all over the world and found a hidden private lake 1 hour from home. Stayed in July, perfect weather, spent 2 days sitting on the shore listening to music, paddle boarding, swimming. Bungalow has everything 2 people will need. We bought food at the local market and wine shop (about 5 minute drive) and BBQ dinner both nights. No need to leave. Perfect getaway. Will definitely return! host was very communicative.

Summary: This place was incredible. I brought my husband here to surprise him for his birthday weekend and he still raves about it to this day. That's when I realized I never left a review and came running here to do just that! He loved it so much, he's asked if we could come here every year. There has been so much thought put into every detail of the little cabin. We had everything we needed (like the coffee maker and mini kitchenette) to chocolates and wine which we thought was incredibly thoughtful. We spent our time relaxing on the deck, took the kayaks out and fished, and hung out by the water. The view from the deck was breathtaking and we loved taking it in while eating breakfast. It was so relaxing, and exactly what we needed. The host was also prompt to answer any questions we had! Would highly recommend; we already can't wait to come back. :)

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at the bungalow. Mornings on the deck with coffee and the views was the best part of our stay. The bed was very comfortable. We took a pair of chairs down to the lawn un tbe shade with some glasses of wone and spent the afternoon just relaxing. We'll definitely be back soon! Thanks again. Patrick and Christa

Summary: This was our second visit to this wonderful cottage. After open heart surgery for me and then the next month lung surgery for my husband, we needed a relaxing escape. The lake and the deer passing by was just the peaceful retreat we needed. Cottage has everything you will need .. and more!

Summary: What a special place my wife and I spent a couple of days there just to relax and take our bikes for a ride in Auburn. Grocery store is close by with a nice little restaurant as well. Paddle boarding at Sunset and waking up to peace and quiet. Excellent get away from the hustle and bustle.
