Summary: The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. However, the condition of the room was bad. It was so dirty that the only word to describe it was “dirty.” Upon our arrival after a long day of driving, we found partially eaten food on the floor. The light switches and knobs were covered in dirt and grime, the mirrors hadn’t been cleaned, and the shower wouldn’t get hot. Additionally, the hot tub was not working.
