Summary: Check in was fast and informative. Quite for being next to the airport like I couldn't even tell. Very close to many things straight sandwiched by waffle houses . Breakfast was tasty and had lots of variety. Would be nice if the pool was open later. Has most everything you'd need for a nights stay. Loved that the room had multiple separate bathrooms and sleep area trashcans.

Summary: Very helpful and friendly staff but this hotel is in very poor, rundown condition. Conveniently located to the airport but you get what you pay for. Very much in need of some upkeep.

Summary: Hotel staff exceptional. However hotel carpets and furniture looks worn and needs replacement. Bathroom had strong smell of mold and mildew. Bed and sheets were clean. Have stayed at other Best Western hotels and they were very good. This one not satisfied.

Summary: Hallways were warm. Woman on personal phone call behind the desk who told us there was no one to check us out. Don't think we'll stay there again.

Summary: Breakfast bar was out of Coffee and Juices; TV remote was missing, and not replaced when requested.Shuttle pickup at airport took quite a while, after three calls with no answer. Bed was not comfortable.

Summary: Staff was super friendly, had to wait for a control for the TV, but it really wasn’t a necessity. There were a lot of people hanging in the parking lot, but once inside you would not know it. The hotel was very clean!

Summary: We chose this hotel due to comments about it being clean, and the best hotel in the area. The latter might be correct, but the former is not. Primary concern was the overall smell. Stay was ok for our quick trip.
