Summary: Overall the room was nice. I can tell that the cleaning staff do a good job. My only few complaints are that our room wasn’t supplied with body wash in the shower, and that the complimentary breakfast seemed lackluster at best. All 3 adults had to shower with hand soap that was by the sink in the bathroom. I really look forward to the luxurious showers with the soaps that only Best Western seems to carry. In regard to the breakfast, there just didn’t seem to be many options for food like the other Best Western’s I’ve visited in the past. The scrambled eggs were really good but the only meat option was sausage links and the butter in the fridge was frozen and couldn’t be used on toast. There was only 2 beverage options and no individual servings for milk which would’ve been great. Overall, I think this hotel was good and I’d come back but I’d definitely hope to see change and have a better experience!
