Summary: Our room keys continuously didn’t work, having to go back to front desk. Comments made by staff about keeping them to close to our cell phones even though they were not, felt like we were being lectured. Garbage piled up out front, overflowing. Dirty. Surprising for a Best Western.

Summary: Very disappointed by our last stay, bed was awful, dire need to be replaced, major body sag. But the worst part was they did NOTHING when brought to their attention. Won’t be back.

Summary: Was ok room could have been cleaner jet tub was nice but hard to get out no nonslip on bottom of tub and nothing to hold on to to get out but all in all we had a nice 3 day stay
