Positive: The location. Near things we needed or places we had to go. The breakfast was actually pretty decent. Didn't know they had it until check in. The young man at front desk at check in was really nice.
Negative: This hotel needs to update its pictures. In need of major renovation all around. From the lobby, hallways, rooms, bathrooms, and pool area. If there weren't any cars outside, you wouldn't think this place was even open from how it looks outside. I wish I would have taken photos. In our room, the meeting point of 2 of our walls were literally seperated. You can even push on the wall, and it gives in. It almost looks like it was an outdoor room with the way the walls were. Mold in and around tub, and you can tell they try to just cover with caulk. The room smelled like cigarette even though it was non-smoking. The room was dark. Kind of depressing feeling. The pool didn't have an area for smaller kids that were probably less than 6/7 yrs old. (No real shallow end) And, no reasonable entrance or stairs to enter the pool except a ladder like in a diving/olympic pool. I noticed that either people of older age or heavier weight had a really hard time climbing out of the pool. Which is understandable with a ladder like that. It isn't a reasonable means to enter or exit. Also, there were so many people in the pool at once, and it looked so cloudy. My oldest and husband refused to go in the pool. The fire pit area outside the pool area was dirty. It even had trash in the pit. On my first day there, I was already looking for another hotel to stay at. But it was only 2 nights before we flew out, and my husband said it didn't make sense now. Definitely would not recommend it. Depends on where you're used to staying, I guess. We travel a lot and see a lot of places. We stay at average places, nothing extraordinary. So it's not like we're boujee people at all. This was one to put on our do not return list.

Negative: Hotel needs some love Although it was “clean” some aspects were very used and in need of replacing We were there during a large car show event (we didn’t know in advance of the booking) and parking was hard to come by as much of the lot was blocked off for the event

Negative: The hallway spelled so bad of cigarettes. In the bathroom you can hear everything the other room was saying and listening to. Didn't feel completely safe 😔 disappointed actually.

Negative: Parking lot not secure. In September I was there and someone attempted to steal my catalytic converter. Was there again in February and they were successful. The elevators were also down except one for over a week.
