Summary: Would not give us ajoining rooms. Had hanicap person, and asked to have the room close to the elevator instead we were at the end of the hall. Pool was nice, but only way to get in or out was with a ladder.

Summary: Check In experience was awful. Over 30 people waiting for their rooms to be ready still at 3pm (advertised check in time) with no organized way to assign them when they actually became ready. We stayed Fri/Sat and they were having the same issue on Sat. The rooms had an awful, musty smell. The A/C was not working and kept shutting off. The shower handle was broke so couldn’t get the water on the right temp. And to top it off the employees were so rude! On Sat I asked a worker who was cleaning rooms if I could simply swap out my dirty towels for clean ones and without saying a word, handed me 2 bath towels and went back to what she was doing - No clean wash rags, or anything. We felt like we were an inconvenience just staying at the hotel! Never again.

Summary: The lobby, hallways, breakfast area and elevators were extremely hot. And the elevators seemed unsafe. There weren't any luggage carts available at any point in my stay

Summary: This is an older hotel that has been updated and maintained well. I know, because I spent the night here in May 1976! My room was on the 6th floor, elevators are quick, the room was quiet with a king bed, desk, couch, and the usual mini fridge, microwave & Keurig coffee pot. Bed was very comfortable. Black out curtains. Good breakfast with plenty to select from. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is convenient to so many places like Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, downtown Cleveland, close to Akron, right off i71. Strongsville has a huge mall with all the stores you need, it's right up the road. Visiting friends or family or in the area for business, it's a clean, safe hotel to stay at! Recommend!
