Summary: I had never stayed at a Best Western. It was a great experience for a hotel that is not considered luxury. It was immaculately clean. From the young woman at checkin throughout our stay, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, well prepared, beautifully presented and served by caring staff.

Summary: Stay was great. The young lady at the desk was very patient and helpful when we were dealing with some bank travel issues. The room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be we went down for breakfast around 10am and most everything was turned off and packed away. We were told it ran until 10:30 and we didn’t get in until 4am so we slept as long as we could.

Summary: The room assigned is supposed to be a nonsmoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke. They were unable to get us into another room because we had a dog.
