Summary: Friendly staff, spacious hotel, good breakfast. Just a few suggestions- online hotel info says gym opens at 6:00 am, but the sign on the gym entrance reads 6:30 am (had to wait 15 mins to get in). Shower head in Rm 354 has no power despite the water pressure in the bathtub faucet.

Summary: The staff were amazing and the amenities were extensive. From a buffet style breakfast that is better than most hotels, and the bar/restaurant open on weekends. Parts were under renovation but everything was clean. I got a standard king size room that was spacious had places to sit and plenty of storage. The downside was the hotel walls between guests rooms were very thin so I could hear the neighbors conversations while lying in my own bed. The bathroom was also not as clean as I’d expect a hotel bathroom to be. Dust in the corners of the counter, a sticky substance by the sink and “black” weather marks on the shower walls.

Summary: Breakfast buffet was good, but the pool was closed without explanation on the website which was saying pool is open, so kind of deceiving. Area was good, close with a lot of shopping area.

Summary: I picked this hotel partly because of the swimming pool. The swimming pool was out of order both days I was there so it was very disappointing. Our room had a spectacular view of a trash dumpster and the back of the boiler room. At 1 point we had to close our window because of diesel fumes coming from the boiler room smoke stack. The shower head needs to be replaced because it was very difficult to get it at a good setting because certain settings sent water shooting out of the shower. The service deck people were very nice.

Summary: Service is lacking. Front desk person isn’t a welcoming person, couldn’t bother with a hello or smile. Service in restaurant is absolutely horrible…he took our order, brought some of our food, then sat at a table with his back to us and talked to other servers. Never checked on us until he brought the bill, at which point he finally realized we never received all of our food. Left a 10% tip only because the man running the food from the kitchen to restaurant was friendly and working hard. Overall, while hotel is convenient and comfortable, personnel are poor representatives.

Summary: The staff was very friendly. The hotel offers a great breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and clean. Convenient to plenty of shopping. Many fast food options and only few decent restaurants. Had an excellent stay with one exception, the WiFi is horrible! Don’t try to stream movies or YouTube videos. Constantly pauses your movie.

Summary: We checked in and were given a dirty room. Had to wait a half hour for a clean room. Pool was filthy. Couldn’t use it. Not happy about that. Bar and restaurant closed .Breakfast was good .
