Rules for booking this property:
Absolutely no noise is allowed outside after 9:00 p.m. This is a family oriented neighborhood. We do not allow any disruption of our neighbors peace and quiet. We want to make sure you know that we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, disturbing the neighbors, or exceeding the maximum number of guests. Rental agreements will immediately be terminated and guests will be made to leave if there are any violations of these terms.
- Must be 25 years old to book. If this is a problem message the host.
- No parties of any kind.
- Do not use the fireplace.
- No smoking anywhere on the property. If you smoke on the property, you will be charged a $2,500 fee. This includes vaping.
- Do not use towels as makeup wipes. If they stain you will be charged to replace them.
- Guests are not allowed to invite other people to the property unless approved by the host. At no point should there be over 15 people at the property.
- Keep noise levels at a minimum after 9 PM.
- Do not take any cleaning products/toiletries/supplies/etc home with you. They are yours to use as needed *during* your stay.
- Do not leave the umbrellas on the outdoor deck open. They should remain closed when not in use.
- Only use the window A/C if the central A/C is not cooling the house enough.
- There is only enough space for 4 cars. You are not allowed to park on the street. If this is a problem speak to the host or find public parking nearby.

Summary: It was a pleasure staying at this property while we prepared for a family wedding. The floor length mirrors helped everyone ensure they looked their best for the ceremony. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the deck and using the grill to prepare breakfast for 9 adults, an infant and a toddler.

Summary: The property was very clean and well maintained. It has central air but also window AC's, which was fine but does make the house darker and more closed in. Beds very comfy and hosts were great. A little something was up with the plumbing but we bought a plunger and seemed fine but no hot water in master bedroom. Not a knock on the place, just more of an FYI

Summary: Matt was an excellent host. He answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. The house was perfect for our family! It was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was big and three of the grandsons fixed steak and shrimp and veggie skewers to do on the grill on the deck. The deck was beautifully furnished with comfortable chairs and a nice table. The yard was beautiful and not too close to neighbors. Inside the furnishings were equally as nice. And the light fixtures were all very unique and beautiful. The beds in all 6 bedrooms were very comfortable. It was just the perfect place for us, and the next time we’re here we’ll be renting from Matt again!

Summary: We used this beautiful home for our Company's Couples Retreat. It was warm, welcoming, and very comfortable. The home was very clean and the property manager was consistently available to answer any questions. It was the perfect location as well.

Summary: This house was in a nice location in a quiet neighborhood, very clean and new. There was a lot to do around as well, nice for family all ages. Bedrooms were a decent size, and the kitchen was nice as well. Overall, great place to stay, my family and I had a great time here!
