Summary: Christi was amazing. She was so helpful and was on duty the entire week-end, from dawn to late at night. She made the stay extra special.

Summary: Mattresses were hard as a rock. Bathtub Didn’t drain at all. Lastly front deal was burning the strongest insents , very hard to breathe .

Summary: The whole building stunk of incense and curry. It was so disgustingly strong, I had to come & go through the back door since I was at the end of the hall. The outside looked neglected and un-cared for, nothing like the picture & the pillows were these small, square, hard as little bricks. Awful stay.

Summary: Stayed here at a quick stop on a business trip. The hotel was quiet and clean, but the room felt incredibly dated, the TV wouldn’t work and the mattress was not comfortable at all. We probably will opt to drive a bit further next time.

Summary: Staff and service was great. Booked the master bed with hot tub and unfortunately we did not use it because the water was tinted yellow/brown. Staff did tell us about their water problem and offered other options but upset we couldn’t use it in our room. Hopefully next stay is better.

Summary: Staff was outstanding. Friendly and very personable. Breakfast was A1 and the best I have had at hotel stays. Lady in charge of the Breakfast area is an asset to this hotel. 😋 I will definitely recommend and stay at this Best Western when in the area. Thank you Vicki Likwarz

Summary: This is my Preferred hotel when i come up to see my kids. Breakfast is ALWAYS good and the eggs and bacon/sausage is made for you upon coming down for breakfast. If you need anything the front desk is ALWAYS available to help and assist you. Very kind people.
