Summary: The location is good, close to Bethany beach, the condo has everything you need with the exception of the queen bed...the mattress sinks in the center and you wake up with back pain, the sofa bed is not comfortable either so we decided not to open it and just use it as a sofa. Other than that everything was fine

Summary: The condo is cute and has a great layout but some of the pans and coffee machine are ancient. The couch was comfortable but only sat two. The rest of the chairs were very uncomfortable. Sunroom adorable. All mattresses bad. These are easy fixes for the owner to consider.

Summary: It is a cute place but a little outdated especially the carpet in the bedrooms that have lots of stains. House and refrigerator had a musty smell when we arrived and baking soda in the frig and air freshener solved the problem. A beach parking pass would make up for the unit being dated, so owners should consider moving forward.

Summary: If you want to be close (10 minutes to Bethany beach, but close enough-20 to 40 min- to Dewey and Rehoboth and Henlopen/Lewes if you prefer) to beaches but not pay beach side prices, this is for you. An older unit, but well kept with lots of amenities. We like to cook and the kitchen is well stocked. We also liked that there was a master bath as well as another full bath. Master has a small shower only, but it was fine for us. Plenty of towels and washer dryer a plus. My dog enjoyed the space and had plenty of room outside for walking. Unit is directly across from a very nice pool which we didn't use due to a short stay, but it is large and looked refreshing. Everyone we ran into was friendly which is a plus. Two things not so nice. There was a broken chair on the top of the table in the porch area. Not sure why it was there, we just moved it to the side to use the table to eat. The twin beds looked rumpled and sheets were askew. Everything looked clean, but not the best introduction! (Master bedroom bed was well made and sheets looked as if they came right out of the packaging.) Would definitely recommend and would return if the opportunity arose.

Summary: Overall a very cute beach themed property. Filled with all the regalia making it a summer themed residence. But in order of occurance. Upon entering the development , the properties were designated "A" and "B units .We came in after dark and the letter "A" was hidden by the overgrown shrubs. It became quite obvious in the light of day. But please do have the landscapers give this lovely bush a haircut. Then we were given the entrance code of which was correct. However, the incrementing of the "check" icon as a suffix,was never mentioned. We were able to reach a property agent at 1030 pm who was quite helpful on this finner note of keyless entry. Then there's the matter of a mattress .I am one who has slept on rock ledges in the past,but this very inviting appearing bed has a depresion of which made it essential to hug the edge of the bed in order to "not" decend into the abyss. Please have the management retire this well worn mattress to the recycle center. And I took the liberty of repairing the kitchen cabinet door hinge beneath the sink. I happen to be a Boy Scout and carry a tool kit and was able to get it back in action. I also put a new battery in the kitchen clock. Forgive the miniscule critique's .But for the price of admission we might have stayed at a name brand name hotel. All in all, an interesting adventure .But if you want high marks then please look closer than clean linnens and Beach acoutrements.
