Beautiful apartment located in the residence Les Hauts de la Mirandole between Cannes and Golfe Juan in the middle of an exotic garden with multiple species enjoying a swimming pool, a tennis court and a ping-pong table. You will stay in a contemporary decor overlooking a furnished terrace facing south to take your meals and relax, or simply admire the landscape;
The main room has a sitting area with a current high-end convertible sofa, a flat screen TV. The kitchen is open to the modern living room and fully equipped with a combination of bright white and slate with an American bar for very convivial lunches. ;
You have everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, Nespresso machine and filter, toaster, iron, ironing board, hairdryer.
The 1st bedroom offers a large closet with a double bed 140x190 of very good quality. This room has a large picture window opening onto a north-facing balcony and a wooded park.
The second bedroom is equipped with bunk beds with good quality box springs and mattresses, a small closet, a desk and a small picture window giving on the same side as the 1 st bedroom. (high bed 90x190 and low 140x190)
1 large contemporary bathroom with quality equipment with bath and walk-in shower and an independent WC.
You can enjoy the swimming pool and its deckchairs and parasols, play tennis, table tennis and go to the private beach of La Mirandole via direct access (by crossing the Résidence de la Mirandole which you will have access to).
The apartment is allowed for pets and smokers (on the terrace).
The residence is secured with an automatic gate, cameras and a caretaker.

Summary: We had a fantastic family vacation at this vacation rental! The owners were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was very easy. The location is absolutely stunning, and the apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect setting for a wonderful family getaway.

Summary: This property met almost (see below for details) all of our needs and expectations. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We were especially happy with the kitchen, which was quite spacious and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We were delighted to find freezer packs in the freezer; we used these to keep our lunches cold while we were out exploring the area. The shower was fantastic, as was the big bathtub. We were very happy to have use of the clothes washer, and were pleased to find a drying rack along with clothespins in one of the closets. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of dresser and closet space in the main bedroom. The pool was fantastic, large with lots of lounge chairs around it, although the water was quite cool when we were there in mid-September. Joyce was very responsive to our communications and concerns and worked around our schedule for check-in and check-out. Our only concern with this property was the internet access - there was none in the unit itself, despite the fact that the VRBO listing explicitly lists internet as one of the amenities. To get wifi you actually have to go down to the office on the ground floor, as there is no wired or wireless internet access in the apartment itself. This was very disappointing to us, given that the listing led us to expect that we'd have access in the unit, and we use the internet a lot when we're traveling to explore and plan our adventures. To be fair, Joyce did offer us a work-around in the form of a SIM card, but for reasons that are unique to us this was not a solution that was viable for us. Over all, though, we were pleased with this rental. Thank you, Joyce, for sharing it with us!

Summary: Very well equipped apartment and nice attached garden and pool area. No wifi in the apartment is a shortcoming. There are min. 2.5km for the nearest purchase - requires either car, good legs or use of public transport. We'd definitely be happy to come back.
