7 Bedroom Villa in Brucoli

Half way between Catania and Syracuse , Villa is located about 3 km from Brucoli Village.Self-catering accomodation for 1-2 or more families,this Villa is a modern-style family home put in the middle of countryside, surrounded by orange & olive groves for an estate larger than 10 hectares . All area around resort is strictly private and nobody is allowed to bother Guests' privacy!!!The resort is positioned inside an area from where it is very easy to reach very interesting places like Etna volcano , ancient greeks ruines in Syracuse and Taormina or Roman ruines in Piazza Armerina and more other beautiful locations. Although the villa is very close to the sea (only 1km away), it is equipped with a private swimming pool (Available from 1st May to 15th October) and a large area adjacent to it where you can relax, sunbathe and have lunch/dinner using the barbecue. There is the possibility of having fresh eggs each day, thanks to the presence of some lovely hens! There 's also a small vegetable garden that will provide some fruit and vegetables! ( Limited availability of fresh eggs and vegetable garden during pandemic: ask owner )
The Villa is divided into two independent parts: a main, two floor, part which can house til 8 people (4 bedrooms), and a single ground floor annex which can house til 7 people (3 bedrooms), linked together by a cool covered outside eating area with furnitures Ping-Pong table and a foosball table. Ample private parking. Three Outside showers. 1 Delightful barbeque area just outside the kitchen of the main house. Free wifi included, working throught the whole Villa.
7 bedrooms: 1 double ensuite bedroom, 5 doubles with very close bathrooms, 1 triple situated in the single floor house and the possibility of adding a comfortable rollaway bed in one of the rooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with a roof fan and air conditioning. Baby cot and highchair available on request.We will provide the breakfast for the first morning (milk,cereals,rusks,jam,juice,eggs) so you won't have to run to the supermarket the very first day.

Groups until 8 people will automatically gain access just to the main building, which has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Annex will be fully opened for groups of 11 people and more. If you need more than 4 bedrooms, although you're less than 9, please inform the owner!!! To respect the guest privacy, the annex will not be booked, although you will book only for the main house.

Summary: Our family of 10 had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful property in Brucoli, Sicily. The house exceeded our expectations, accurately reflecting the comfort and amenities described in the listing. The fenced area around the pool provided peace of mind, making it a safe environment for our young children. We also appreciated the sliding shutters on all windows, which allowed for a restful sleep in complete darkness. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the spacious layout easily accommodated our large group. Summary: It was a wonderful property to have our larger family stay at. The pool was fantastic and Vishal and Enrico were always available for any needs. They met us at checkin and checkout was as easy as could be. Know that most of the kitchen and appliances are old but totally functional. It is secluded and 15 mins away from grocery stores and restaurants so know that going in. There is a little private beach 5 mins drive that was a pleasant surprise (no sand but the water was amazing). Having your own car is a must really and my only feedback is if you want air conditioning that it is an extra 10 eur/day. We didnt have a problem paying it but would have liked to known about it earlier. Would totally go back

Summary: Three of us vacationed at this delightful villa in the little town of Brucoli and it was AMAZING!!!!! The perfect spot for making travel memories! The grounds are blooming with flowers, flowering bushes and citrus trees. The property is well maintained and the love and care that has obviously been put into this residence is quite noticeable, we were very much at home here. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make meals and there are several markets within 15 minutes of driving. Our host, Enrico, was on site to welcome us with a basket of goodies and a fine bottle of Sicilian wine. He was readily available to us and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. This property super exceeded our expectations and made our holiday such a happy one! There are chickens on site that provided us with fresh eggs every morning- and someone comes to tend to them and the pool, if you aren't into chickens- but we loved them and they just added to our experience:) We had many day trips planned- Valley of the Temples, Catania, Mt. Etna to name a few and none were more than 2 hours away (if you didn't get lost). We started each day with a swim in the pool and ended the day much the same. We spent two days just enjoying the beautiful grounds and pool- it is very peaceful here. Air conditioning has been added to the bedrooms and that was a big bonus that we hadn't expected as it is very hot here in July. This is a fabulous space with something for everyone! Lovely!!!!!

Summary: Villa Arcile is a wonderful place to stay. All rooms are spacious and provide guests with a degree of comfort not often found in holiday homes. The beds are really comfortable and there are sufficient showers/toilets even if the villa is occupied to full capacity. The kitchen has all necessary facilities for provision of meals for a large group of people. The real beauty of Arcile comes when the position and grounds are taken into account. Set in a huge plot of land, that is laid out to fruit trees, a stunning swimming pool, with large terraces and BBQ area, these grounds make the villa into a really fantastic place to stay. The children loved collecting eggs each day from the hen house! During our stay, Enrico was so very helpful and responsive from our arrival to departure, even assisting in locating a doctor when we needed help with a minor medical issue.

Summary: Large, homey and comfortable common area inside. The pool and outdoor dining/gathering areas for our large family was perfect. The gardens were gorgeous. The caretaker was very attentive and helpful. The home cooked meal was a highlight.

Summary: Great property and lovely pool area. No shortage of any facilities. Great location if you have cars, and we were given clear instructions to pass to taxi drivers too which was very helpful. Owner and property manager both really easy to contact, very helpful. Area is convenient for driving to Catania and Syracuse as well as more local spots.

Summary: Perfect space for families with two separate living spaces and lots of shared areas both shaded and outdoors. Kids loved taking care of the hens and fetching eggs every day. Pool is a good size and we loved playing ping pong and table football in the evenings. Villa has everything you need and Enrico was always available on WhatsApp for questions. Enjoyed a night of being catered for by Nuccio and that was a real treat to enjoy Sicilian cuisine in the comfort of our villa.
