Positive: The hotel environment and location are quiet and pleasant. There is a dedicated shuttle to the entrance of the scenic area, and the staff are very friendly.and helpful. Very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the dinner is also very tasty.。Very convenient.

Negative: The two rugs by the bed aren’t secured to the floor, which makes them feel slippery and creates a risk of slipping.

Positive: Had a wonderful stay at Between Trees and Streams. The service was truly exceptional, especially from Wan Ting, Miss Lee, and Xiao Jing. They were incredibly warm and friendly, and made us feel so welcomed throughout our stay. What really touched us was their thoughtful gesture of preparing some of our favourite cake for us to bring along on our excursion—it was such a pleasant surprise and showed genuine care for their guests. Small details like this made the experience extra special. They even gave us a free upgrade plus late check out to accommodate our train timing in the late afternoon! Highly recommended!

Positive: I can’t say enough about how great our stay was. The staff were super welcoming and accommodating - they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our tickets to the national park got cancelled the day before, and they went out of their way to help us get tickets even though it said it was sold out on Trip.com. We arrived after their restaurant had closed for lunch but they called around and took us to a neighbouring hotel and asked them to accommodate us even though their restaurant was closed for lunch too. They helped us with many other things - the service from the staff was second to none. The location felt secluded and relaxing, surrounded by mountains, but just a 15 minute ride to the national park. They offer a free shuttle ride to the national park. The rooms were really spacious and clean. The restaurant food was good. Overall, it was a great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel by Jiuzhaigou national park. We hope to visit again some day.

Positive: The staff we're very friendly. They organised taxis and excursions to the national park for us in advance, via WeChat. As English speakers with limited Chinese it was not a problem. The hotel and garden itself was beautiful. Room was beautiful with great air-conditioning (useful for Scottish folks not used to the heat).

Negative: It was all good. No complaints at all.
