Positive: Your manager Jason is very attentive from the first day we checked in, especially an insect was found in our toilet. He prepared a room before hand to cater for the needs of changing room. Apart from that, everything is great. A wooden platform protruded which we raised on safety reasons was attended immediately

Positive: Very swanky with very clean rooms and the staff were super friendly.

Negative: Booked a room for two adults and a child but ended up sleeping on the sofa, which wasn't very comfortable because a cot was 600RMB a night... I could have stayed in 2 bedroom apartment hotel for that price.

Positive: The room is clean & the view is great. The atmosphere & ambience of the whole hotel is wonderful.

Negative: There is no air condition & even though we booked for non-smoking room, the bathroom & toilet have smoke ordor continuously. In addition, none of the staffs can speak English at all.
