Summary: The directions and check in was super easy with our preferred contact through texting. When we checked in to the property, we noticed right away it had not been cleaned. Our contact with the management company got back to us right away and gave us several options. We opted to move to a clean property just down the street at he Anchorage House. It was a beautiful home just down the street, super convenient to downtown with full amenities in the kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. It has plenty of parking and a nice outdoor space with a patio table. Great jumping off spot to all the wineries in the area, Pacific War Museum and all Fredericksburg has to offer.

Summary: The house was amazing! We were within walking distance of Main Street, the Pacific War Museum and several new restaurants that had opened since our last time in Fredericksburg. The house was very nicely decorated, had all modern appliances, was very well stocked and very clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Your online photos don't do this location justice! Thank you for your hospitality. We hope to stay here again!

Summary: The location was perfect. Just a little over a block from Main Street. Close to the Velvet and Brookes Bubble Bar. You can walk to everything and no need to park or drive while in town. Loved that it has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Great for couples that need their own space. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well. Lights were a nice touch outside so we could enjoy that space well into the night. Check in and check out were easy. No crazy requests for anything out of the ordinary. Loved staying here and would do it again....SOON!

Summary: Older home, very thin exterior walls and more road noise than we preferred. No tissues or toilet paper when we checked in. Bed Pillows need upgrading. No garbage disposal in the sink. Kitchen adequate for simple preparation.
