Positive: The property is in an excellent location in Beverly Hills between Pico and Olympic boulevards (which lead straight to the shore), 15 mins drive to the getty, and an 18 minute walk to Rodeo Drive. The accommodation is in a self contained converted outhouse with a large bedroom with kingsize bed and a small separate room for two kids out back so it is perfect for a family. Outside is a nice paved garden and a pool with spa section (warmer than the main pool). For us, it was a nice relaxing alternative to a hotel and a good base to explore LA from.
Negative: Nothing notable. There are some basic cooking amenities (fridge, Nespresso machine, microwave, some utensils) but visitors will not be able to cook. For us this was not an issue and was sufficient for breakfasts and we used Uber Eats to deliver takeout.

Positive: Even though it was a studio, but it was fully provided with services and facilities. The location was very classy & safe. You can also go in a walk around the neighborhood. It was super clean and comfy. The pool & garden view was simply charming! I wish I had more time to spend there!
Negative: I wished there was a front desk or reception when needed

Positive: We loved the primary room, large and clean, the most comfy bed and bedding Great pool, with plenty of seats, the most beautiful garden Location 20mins from all major attractions such as Universal studios, Hollywood, Santa Monica. Free car parking always a plus! Lovely hosts at hand as soon as we had queries. Would def stay again for sure, we loved this place.
Negative: 2nd bedroom was a little dated, would be nice to have a blind and white bedding to match the primary room. Would of been great to get fresh towels or a quick sweep halfway through our 6 day stay Or even a dustpan and brush so we could sweep up ourselves.

Positive: We were very happy in this property. I especially liked the pool and the location. It was very easy to access the property- much easier than I have experienced in other places.
Negative: Roof repairs were done one day. I would have liked to be notified in advance because then I could have arranged to be somewhere else.
