Positive: The location was great, lovely town and easily walkable. The place was very sweet, basic kitchenette was useable for one night, bed comfy.

Negative: It would have been good to know before booking that it would cost an extra $40 for the linen to use the sofa bed - the property is listed as 2 beds which is why we chose it as 2 friends travelling. We brought our own bedding in the end. Communication was a little difficult and unclear before arriving with Adam telling us he is away a lot so couldn't provide expected breakfast items, again I would recommend editing the listing to reflect this so people can manage their expectations before booking. After all the communication there was bread and eggs provided anyway so we needn't have bought some. The see through bathroom door is interesting to navigate as two friends sharing the space too!

Positive: Appreciated the bread ,eggs and fresh milk and other food items.Very thoughtful .

Negative: Neither egg cookers had the water measure which is essential . I have one at home so guesstimated the amount of water . I slept on the sofa bed which was very comfortable but the standard lamp wasn't any good for reading so 'borrowed one ' from the main bedoom . When I booked really thought there were 2 single beds . But we managed .
