Negative: There are stairs, which weren’t really a problem for us, but we did need to get our suitcases up and down.

Positive: Bicheno Views on Douglas is absolutely superb! The property has an excellent location in the heart of Bicheno, in easy walking distance to all facilities. The facilities provided in the home are second to none - absolutely everything had been thought of to make our stay special. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay for longer on this trip - but we’ll be back. Communication with Gill was also super easy, and she was extremely responsive. The home was also sparkling clean.
Negative: Nothing! Everything was great.
Summary: Superb location and a very special place to stay.

Positive: We stayed in great spot with the town centre and most of Bicheno a short easy walk away. The views from the balcony were great 180 degree. Check in was easy, with bed set ups organised before we arrived. The rental had all the ammenities that you could want , including laundry. The kitchen facilities are perfect if you want to spend the night in cooking dinner, everything you should want to cook meals if you are not eating out . Plenty of natural light in the upstairs lounge , with windows showing off the views. A quiet location to relax in.
Negative: The weather , we would have liked to spend more time on the balcony.
