Summary: There was a slight problem with the heat when we arrived. The owners were in constant touch before we arrived, had provided heaters, and had a technician on site as soon as we arrived. He fixed it so we were comfortable. Came back the next day, while we were away, and we were toasty warm. It was a small glitch but attended to immediately and caused us no problem. We were kept informed every step of the way.

Summary: My family enjoyed our stay. The home accommodated us well. There were a few issues with cleanliness (high grass, dirty linen and cat hair) but there was additional linen provided. The air mattress was useful as well. The neighborhood is quite pleasant. Overall, we were pleased.
