Positive: We came to spend six nights with the family in this villa, finally we have stayed for eight nights and would have stayed even longer if we had the time. The place is as the photos show, we really enjoyed the swimming pool and garden, spending most of the time outside, we valued the privacy and calm neighbourhood. Mr. Ahmed came everyday to clean the swimming pool and outside area, take the garbage and ask if there's anything else he could help with. The interior of the villa is spacious and comfortable and offers air conditioning in every room which was important during the summer heats. We will be happy to come again.
Negative: The cleanliness and the equipment of the kitchen area could have been a little better, no dish soap, dishcloth or garbage bags were provided, so it is good to count on that. However, it was no problem to get all we needed in the supermarkets near the villa and there is also a possibility of grocery delivery which we used several times. We didn't really cook in the kitchen, so the dishes provided were sufficient for us. Maybe a microwave would be something we would have appreciated :)

Positive: Host was great. Showed us around the area & took us to the local supermarket on our first day. Quick response to questions. Happy to arrange tours etc.
Negative: The kitchen facilities could be improved. The villa sleeps up to 10 guests, but plates & cutlery etc. was limited to 6 or less of each.
