Positive: I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Ridha, the relationship manager at Grand Siva Beach Hurghada, for his outstanding hospitality and warm welcome. This is not my first stay at the hotel, and every time I return, I am impressed by the high level of service, comfort, and care provided. Mr. Ridha went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and I truly appreciate his dedication. Thank you again for another excellent stay — I will definitely be coming back!
