Summary: There were 2 table lamps that didnt work.the sink was wrecked around the edges and caulking was done poorly as the sharp edge of the sink was open.the counter was old and worn, had 2 holes in it. The curtains had a few spots that were worn and light shone in.the fan above the stove needs replacing as it squealed when on.not enough lights or brighter lights.the floor had a spot that was soft and felt weak The breakfast was ok as the eggs and ham didnt taste very fresh.the hash browns were small fine diced and tasteless.had yogurt and muffins etc. Overall this hotel needs some serious upgrades and remodeling .the pucs on website does not look like the rooms .kinda deceiving. Will not be staying there again .

Summary: I was able to stay here for 10 days in a row due to working in the area. Hotels are expensive in Slave Lake but I was able to stay here for an average cost. The room service was incredible. The front desk staff were quiet and polite. The breakfast was like a 7/10. They had 3 different kinds of cereal, French toast in the fridge you could toast up, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage and sliced ham, yogurt, instant oatmeal, fruits, muffins, bagels, bread, fresh coffee and juice.

Summary: The condition of our room requires attention. The sink is scratched and not hygienic, and there is no plug for shaving. An upgrade to the sink is necessary. The curtains are sunbaked and need replacing, as evidenced by the sun streaming through them in the morning. I appreciate Joy, the night clerk, for calling a guest about a noisy company truck running outside our window for several hours. She was very professional in dealing with the guest with a courtesy call, which resolved the issue immediately. Rachel handled our check-out quickly and promptly. The cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating if we needed anything.

Summary: The check in was excellent, The Room was so so, First thing i noticed was the sofa had old stains all over it which made me feel not comfortable on its cleanliness to sit on. Recommendation would to add covers or sofa sheets to hide this. The bathroom was clean but when looking at the towel rack above the toilet it was very rusty and having your towels sit on that rust makes you feel as if your towels to be used are semi dirty. The small kitchenette sink had really bad residue in the seems, Recommendation the sink could use an updated seal as it looks like black mold lives in that seal. Recommendation to change out the rusty towel rack. The bedroom was clean and bed was comfortable to sleep on. Last thing i forgot to mention that on the wall next to the sofa there was a big booger smear on the wall. Unfortunatley that was missed by cleaning staff. Continental breakfast was good and coffee & juice was available. The breakfast area was clean.

Summary: Parking lot was almost impossible to drive and park in. Bedspreads were worn and had cigarette burn marks. Front desk staff was hard to understand.

Summary: Staff was 10/10. Room was great, building was clean and quiet. Very accommodating! Will stay here again. Best hotel for the best price in Slave Lake by far.
