A large loft in a historic 1929 building. Fully appointed with all the items to enjoy a weekend or long term stay. The loft is for a maximum of 8 people to be used as a place to stay - not a venue or party venue. No parties allowed - this is strictly enforced. Full kitchen with all the cooking equipment as well as a wet bar. The 1929 refurbished loft has foosball table, shuffleboard, steel tip dart board and a baby grand piano! Two large smart TV's and a great view of the city. Located right above Bite Me BBQ, across the street from Norton's Brewery, and step out front turn left and you can see Intrust Bank Arena just a block away!

Summary: Loft was perfect location for going to INTRUST arena. Nice short walk. Little BBQ smell but what do you expect being right above Bite Me BBQ.

Summary: Spacious and inviting with lots of room for entertainment. My wife and I used it more like an oasis. Highly recommended to anyone. I had a slight issue with the lock, but the owner made himself available and I quickly was in. Thank you for an amazing nights stay!

Summary: This was our groups second time to stay here & we have the same positive feedback as we did the first time. The location is great, the place is spacious & decorated much like I would do my own home. Plenty of essentials available if necessary, & communication with the property manager was superb. Thank you again for having such an amazing property for our group!

Summary: Our main goal was to be within walking distance of Riverfront Stadium and it was perfect. We stopped at several of Wichita Bars and clubs walking to all without worrying about drinking and driving. We had a wonderful time and place to stay!

Summary: This loft has plenty of space! It was a great place to relax and play the games provided, including darts and foosball. Its central location was great, as just about everything we wanted to do while in Wichita was walkable. We will be booking this spot for our next trip!
