Positive: Stayed for two nights because I had something on in Berri for the weekend. On the second night, I had drama with my card and was locked out of my room pretty late and the staff, even though everything was closed, were able to send someone out to let me in.

Positive: I will say besides the cleaners, and Monique the manager was very accommodating also with kind manners, but other staff there were rude and cold and insulting and unaccommodating. But a will say that was between one hand full of staff
Negative: I was made out to believe that according to the pictures on the site that the restaurant and gaming room was short distance, for walking. I have M.S and walking is difficult for me the staff did not accommodate my situation and the rooms l believed by the pictures on this site all was joined together, which would accommodate my disability. But l arrive to be spoken rudely by the receptionist and then told the motel rooms were over the other side of the golf club. Not in walking distance and when my adult child tried to hire a golf cart, to help me to get to the restaurant, she was called a lier and hung up on the phone from the staff member who hung up on her. As l wanted to have a meal plus a few sharaz to enjoy the night. There was no accommodating by the staff. I then had to frustratedly call the manager, Monique who was very accommodating and apologized for many miss haps. Then collected us and took us to the restaurant that had lovely 👌👌meals and then took us back to the room. Monique also gave us 3 breakfast meals free for the unhappiness l had experienced through other staff. I will say Monique you are a good manager and l thank you for making my night with my daughter very special after not seeing her in 3 years. Thank you . I was further frustrated to be told that there was a restaurant at the end of the rooms that l was not told about. But their meals were all a cart, and way to expensive for stuff, that a person wouldn't understand to read or eat. And would have cost me close to $200 for 3 meals, with a couple of drinks, the menu was ridiculous and out of this world. Something that should be in Victoria in Toorak. Way off league. I spent $100 at the actual golf club restaurant for 3 costing around $100 and the meal were delicious 😋 and very filling to the point we couldn't eat all of the meals. It turned out to be a lovely night after a very frustrating day, thank you Monique and the other staff member that also accommodating us.
Summary: Besides all of that the bed was hard on my pains, and the fridge kept waking me up 😴

Negative: Non functioning self check in unit and no instructions on what to do. Then had to drive to tavern to organise keys. That should be explained at time of booking
