Positive: The property was situated right by the stunning Hauraki Gulf, with beautiful views of the sea, beautiful decor, generous use of pantry and fridge stuff. The bed was super comfy, everything was clean, with a homely feel to it. The house also featured a gorgeous fish pond outside which was ideal for a afternoon beer and snack :) everything was exceptional and we didnt want to leave on our check out day!

Positive: This property had a wonderful bohemian feel with generous use of the contents of their pantry, freezer and garden. Beautiful view of the sea from the end of the property and lovely paths to follow through the gardens.
Negative: The only concern were the mosquitoes especially at night. Too hot to shut the place up, no screens on any windows and no fan to blow away the mosquitoes. For older people, access to the beach via the nearby domain was difficult but would be fine for those younger.
Summary: Delightful west coast base to explore further north.

Positive: The ambience of the house is perfect. Located just across the road from a lovely swimming beach. A gorgeous pond and garden to enjoy. The home itself is just beautiful full of gorgeous art and decorations. Comfortable bed. Everything so clean.
