Positive: Cleanliness, easy care, New feel.

Negative: Nothing really. The kitchen is new and great. it can do with more dishes ( better frying pan, baking dish, bbq tools and an extra chair for eating.) You can never have enough spoons and cutlery either in my opinion. Apart from this your place was great. Thank you again

Negative: A large pot to cook muscles that are abundant in the Coromadel would be a good idea.

Positive: Excellent position for town and services. Property in great condition and really well equipped. Easy parking. Very good air con. All this plus being in the lovely Coromandel!

Negative: To make better use of the deck, for eating and relaxing, it needs a table and outdoor chairs. The present table and chairs not practical

Summary: Lovely relaxing 5 days in a place we have visited a few times and love.

Positive: Excellent facilities. Very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Convenient for Coromandel Town cafes and shops. We didn’t find the road traffic (mentioned in other reviews) intrusive. We enjoyed the walk next to the house (it’s steep but great views).

Negative: Ideally there’d be more flexible sitting out options.

Positive: The location to town was amazing. The bed was comfortable and having an extra room with two extra beds to put our suitcases and spread out our clothes was perfect. All the windows and the view was wonderful. We were able to let the breeze go through the living room and create the perfect temp. We had a couple friends over for dinner and there was enough plates and utensils and cookware to make it all happen. And having a dishwasher was a lifesaver. We loved the pressure of the shower and the hot water.

Negative: We enjoy having either a French press or a pour over coffee and neither of those were available.

Summary: It was perfect! Being able to walk into town for groceries or a food truck or a brewery was ideal.
