Positive: The location to town was amazing. The bed was comfortable and having an extra room with two extra beds to put our suitcases and spread out our clothes was perfect. All the windows and the view was wonderful. We were able to let the breeze go through the living room and create the perfect temp. We had a couple friends over for dinner and there was enough plates and utensils and cookware to make it all happen. And having a dishwasher was a lifesaver. We loved the pressure of the shower and the hot water.
Negative: We enjoy having either a French press or a pour over coffee and neither of those were available.
Summary: It was perfect! Being able to walk into town for groceries or a food truck or a brewery was ideal.

Positive: I liked that Rosemary was really accommodating and she made sure we had a Christmas Tree/Deco for our family to celebrate Christmas a few days earlier. The kitchen was also well equipped and we enjoyed the deck, wish we stayed longer.

Positive: Modern two bedroom accommodation within ten minutes walk of Coromandel Town. Spacious and well equiped. Undercover parking. A deck wrapes around three sides of the property. There is a pleasant view towards the waterfront. Coromandel Town itself is only average for beaches but scores heavily for food (try the Peppertree), walks, views and attractions. A great place for a short stay.
Negative: There's a few little things to be aware of. There are a few steps to get into the house. A mirror in the main bedroom would be nice. Many of the appliences are "smart". Having instructions would help. Our biggest gripe would be trivial to most. There are no comfortable outside chairs that can be used to take advantage of the inviting deck. Instead there is a small table and some,very on trend, very high, stools. So tall that no one should attempt to sit on one without the assistnce of an experienced mountain guide. You should be aware that quiet seaside towns can be surprisingly noisey. From the wildlife to boat repairs and local tradies going about their business don't expect absolute quiet. Still it's a great little town and an excellent stay. Highly recommended.
