4 Bedroom Ski Chalet in Snow Pine Estates, Beaverdell

Ski in / Ski out 4 bdrm + loft sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. King, Queen, Double, two sets bunk beds (4 beds total), fold out in loft, futon in guest room. Ski in off Serwa's to the front door and out to the Ridge Rocket lift in 3 minutes! This traditional log chalet boasts a well equipped kitchen and living area with fireplace and cozy furnishings. Breakfast bar and dining room table have adequate seating for the whole family and large living area is equipped with cozy furnishings and expanded seating for larger groups. High speed internet is complimentary and LCD televisions are available in the living area and loft including a 65" HD television in the living area. Laundry facilities are provided for your convenience. Private hot tub is just outside the living area door on the expansive deck and there is plenty of storage for boots and skis at the front door with hooks for the whole family to keep your gear organized. All beds are outfitted with brand new cozy flannel down filled duvets and there are four sets of snow shoes for complimentary use exploring the back country. The village is a well lit 10 minute walk to world class restaurants and shopping. Property is well appointed for large family or two smaller families and is pet friendly on approval. Summary: It was wonderful to return home from a day of skiing/snowboarding to this chalet! It comfortably slept 2 families and had a well-equipped kitchen. Hot tub was awesome!

Summary: This was a beautiful place to stay. The ski in access was great, ski out right out the back but it was a little flat for snowboards so there was a little walking involved...still super convenient. The one oddity was the fact there was only a tub in the master bath and no shower. Not a big deal, we used the shower down the hall. Overall a very lovely place to stay!

Summary: We really enjoyed our ski vacation at Big White. The owner provided us with an email explaining all details about the property in advance of us arriving. The lock key code on the door provided easy access. The property is beautiful, as seen in the pictures and was very well-stocked. There were plenty of towels for both bathrooms and the hot tub. The kitchen provided everything we needed including a large number of each item, which was great for our big group. Beds were cozy, bathrooms were clean and the front entrance with dozens of hooks was amazing. We had some issues with the hot tub on the first day, but contacted the owner via text upon noticing this and he arranged a service for the next morning. Ski-in/ski-out was very convenient from this house and was one of our favourite features. Also very happy I was able to bring our dog with us, as he loves Big White. My dog doesn’t shed fur, but I did notice some dog hair on the carpet and couch in the living room upon arrival. This didn’t bother us, but may be an issue for others. Overall, I’d highly recommend this chalet and would book again if available for my next ski trip.

Summary: The chalet was well equipped for our family vacation. The living room was cozy and comfy, with a big-screen TV, fireplace, and plenty of seating. There is even a second TV in the loft area with a slew of DVDs for all ages. The dining table seated 6 and was perfect for family meals and game nights. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and glasses and had everything we needed to fix breakfasts and dinners. The owner even brought a crock pot for our use! The bathrooms were well stocked with sufficient linens and lots of extra paper products. The washer and dryer were convenient and the owner even provided laundry supplies. The ping pong table and show shoes were a nice touch, for added entertainment. And the hot tub on the balcony was a favorite place to unwind after a day on the slopes.All communications with the owner were prompt. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Towering Pines!

Summary: The owners of the chalet have thought of everything to make a families stay very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, comfortable beds with lovely flannel sheets and duvets and the nice add features were a hot tub, games and snowshoes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Towering Firs, the location was great ski in/ski out as well as away from the village for a quiet evening. A lovely added touch was a bottle of champagne and card left by the owner as our first night was New Year's Eve. Thank you Trevor and Julia

Summary: The Chalet was fully equipped and ready as per online overview. Clear instructions on amenities. Lots of spacious room for gathering of family and friends. Great kitchen and dining area. The high ceilings add that extra special touch for the perfect on mountain Big White champagne powder ski or boarding experience. We had the opportunity to ski & board every day. It is very easy, simple and minimal walking to lifts. And regular shuttle bus service to the Big White Village is very close to the Chalet. Towering Firs is a great place to choose for family and friends gathering at Big White Resort near Kelowna, BC. All communication with the owner was very prompt and courteous. Thank you for helping to make our family Christmas very special.
