3 Bedroom House in Snow Pine Estates, Beaverdell

Welcome to a beautiful duplex, finished in 2020. This half duplex will give you the opportunity to enjoy all the activities that Big White Ski Resort has to offer while enjoying a place that is all your own with no shared hallways in a quiet neighborhood. There is room in the garage for 2 cars and you can easily fit 2 more in the driveway. Enjoy relaxing in your private hot tub after a day on the slopes. Inside you will find all the amenities you would expect with some bonus extras like a wine fridge and heated tile floors. You can leave all your equipment safely in the private garage when you are not using it.
The top floor has 3 bedrooms. One is a large master bedroom with an ensuite containing double sinks and a tall shower. You will also find 2 other bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen bed and the other with bunks. There is also another full bathroom on this level complete with a tub.
You will find a pullout sofa to use as another bed if needed, and there is also a convertible foam mattress (probably best used for a child) that can be used as a bed.
The main floor with the kitchen and living space has a powder bathroom and the entry level has another full bath. We have provided a boot and mitt warmer on site to use if your gear gets wet or just needs to be warmed up.
There is ski in and ski out access to Serwa run nearby. The ski out is down the road, so depending on conditions you can ski it or walk, then a short hike/walk uphill to the run(my kids could do it with their gear at 7 years old) or you can go further down the road for simple access onto the hill. It is only a 13 minute walk to the village.
This is not a party rental and is most suitable for families. You must be at least 25 to rent our place.

Summary: All the amenities, and perfect quieter location just a 15 min walk to Big White village. Basically a Ski in/out for the Hill crew. Private hot tub on outside back deck. Our family of 6 had such a spacious stay with multi level condo, and separate entry area for pre-dressing for the Hills! Heated floors and a large boot dryer an awesome touch. Complimentary Mountain top shuttle to village also nice. Gorgeous views from condo windows. This condo really made us feel relaxed and on vacation!

Summary: 6 ladies stayed here for a gals ski trip. This place is absolutely lovely in every way. It lacks nothing. It’s beautifully appointed and thoughtfully furnished. Camille’s communication is prompt and easy. Such a low stress experience. We felt very spoiled and had the most wonderful time. Highly recommended. Thanks so much Camille!!!!

Summary: Super easy to communicate with the host. Luxury duplex with very nice furnishings and details. Hot tub was a hit and so was the wine fridge. Ski in is great ski out a little more work (but not bad). Only suggestion is more hooks for towels in the bathrooms. Benches and hooks throughout were a nice touch. Parking was great! Room for 3 cars!

Summary: This property is stunning! Our family stayed here for three nights and didn’t want to leave! Plenty of space for large groups in the living and dining areas, and there are plenty of beds. All of the finishes and amenities feel luxurious, from the heated floors, quality furniture and linens, and boot warmers/dryers in the garage. Most of our group drove to Big White each day (less than 2 minutes), but some also skied down from the property. Highly recommend!

Summary: Camille & Michael have an incredible place. Well appointed all amenities & comfy ! Easy meal preparation thanks to the great kitchen. Our team of friends from high school have been doing this annual ski trip since 1999 - we were in our 40"s when we started this annual event & were all able to take time away from our families and careers & we have skied all over the province but Big White is our favourite.
