Positive: Loved this place! It came with a propane grill our cook took full advantage of so we didn’t have to go out often to eat. They had all the tools to make it easy to use. Also loved using the hot tub! In the event we needed WiFi they made it easy to access upon arrival. Every TV in the house had remotes for the Roku TVs to access as I’ve had this problem with other spots missing a remote. Loved that we didn’t need to bring much as far as utensils, plates, and cups go as all of that was provided as well as the cleaning supplies for everything. Lastly, as someone who usually makes reservations at places that deal with hotel staff and other hosts, using this one that only dealt with the host through messaging and Booking.com I was able to access and leave the cabin without any physical contact and was still able to come and go freely and easily making the privacy of it all feel that much greater. I appreciated that they could do that in this modern age of technology. 5 Stars!

Positive: The photos are very similar but not exact to the current furniture and decor; however, this is a lovely cabin and enjoyable stay. Loved the fire pit area, the porch swing, and seating areas outside. As another review mentioned, the road is quite steep, but the location is great, and there’s a waterfall very close by. Also a short drive to several other waterfalls and Helen. The kitchen has a good selection of cooking utensils and small appliances. The bedding has mildew smells, but the beds are fairly comfortable. Absolutely loved the fireplace that lights up with the flip of a switch. We did have an issue with a small animal scratching around in the walls all night, and it wasn’t resolved by the end of our stay. The hot tub also really needed to be cleaned. Overall, this is a very relaxing stay with great amenities and is surrounded by trees and nature. I would definitely stay here again but hopefully with no nighttime wall racket next time!

Positive: It's a perfect remote location, 15 minutes from trails but not right down the road. There was a friendly dog that came to say hi - even with that info on his collar. Don't be afraid but know he'll want to come in :)
Negative: There was some confusion at the beginning because there were two code - gate and door. But as we didn't have to use a gate code, I tried putting in the door code. Just read the instructions well!

Positive: The cabin was beautiful and clean!
Negative: Hot tub would not reach temperature which was frustrating, We rented this place because it had a hot tub. We called for assistance several times, did the suggestions that the staff offered but to no avail. We were never able to use the hot tub, because the temperature never rose higher than 68 degrees. It was supposed to be up to 104 degrees.

Positive: Cabin was clean, hot tub was great, direct tv was appreciated
Negative: Grounds very unsafe to firepit, gravel hard to walk on and slipped often, no lighting outside to car, flood lights don't work, needs outlets in bathroom, directions for fireplace, grease dishwasher door IT IS LOUD!!! Master bed sinks in center, kitchen offers very little dishes. Rented many cabins, tad disappointed in this one! Annoyed at the many warning about noise ordinance, home above us has a massive dog that barked ALL NIGHT!?? Post info on town, some directions?
