Positive: The staff was super friendly and helpful. Luke went out of his way to fix a light.
Negative: The hotel should provide written instructions to the guest about evening procedures. A guest was banging on the steel gate at 1.15am because they did not remember to use the room key to let themselves in. Also, the security guard was not present at that time.
Summary: Great restaurant, great location in Punda.

Positive: The staff were very nice and accommodating. They remembered my name throughout my stay, and were very responsive if I had a question. The location was perfect, and the restaurant has stunning views and great cuisine. Would definitely stay there again.

Positive: The hotel itself was very beautiful, and the staff was helpful and nice. The view of the water from the hotel was amazing and such a treat to experience. The restaurant below was convenient and delicious.
Negative: There was zero noise cancellation within the hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful and my room was upgraded to a room with a private terrace and beach view, the amount of noise coming in from downstairs felt like every door and window was wide open when it wasn’t. The simple noise of the kitchen in the restaurant below cleaning up at the end of the night felt like it was in the room. Even with a noise machine going and earplugs it took me hours to fall asleep with the noise. The doors of the other rooms banging shut and people walking up and down the stairs (no elevator) were insanely loud. The beauty of the hotel was overshadowed by the horrible sleep and high noise levels. But if you can sleep through anything I would recommend the hotel for the views.
