Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Summary: We really loved staying at the Bijou Collette Cottage in Fredericksburg TX! The cottage is absolutely gorgeous inside with every amenity you could think of. It has a working fireplace that is open to both the living area and the bedroom. There is a full kitchen available if you want to prepare a meal during your stay. Provided are dishes, glasses, cookware. The king-size bed was super comfy and the bed linens were luxe and comfortable. The bathroom has a huge walk-in shower and private water closet. The cottage is immaculately clean. We really loved the private plunge pool! Communication with the owners was very easy and they were very responsive to our needs. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: Bijou-Collette is a lovely cottage located within walking distance from Main Street. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable, especially liked the plunge pool after a day of shopping. We will definitely book this place again on our next visit to Fredericksburg.

Summary: I only gave a good because the pool was supposed to be heated and we called to fix it and no one ever showed up. But the place is stunning and would stay there again.
